Well yesterday morning at 5am we were stuck below zero, this morning at the same time we are almost to 20F already on the north shore. Syracuse is already to 30F and we are looking at a much warmer week ahead. We are looking at a high today of 33F with winds around 10mph and some snow in the forecast. From mid-week into Friday we will be above freezing with some rain in the forecast. I’d look to get out over the next two days if staying dry is your primary concern.
Sunday’s bite was pretty slow, not many reports of walleye limits. For Monday, it looks like the best action will be early with it getting slower through the day. Indications point to another slow day with the bite getting stronger toward the middle of the week.
Took some heat yesterday regarding the Bills. I feel asleep during their offensive display and didn’t catch the score….
