Another lovely morning here on Oneida Lake with boats scattered across the lake in search of fish. To distill the latest in general a better bite is being reported in the evening hours. We are getting some success early in the morning but the mid-day action continues to be slow. In the evening, we are getting reports from 10-15 FOW jigging and trolling. Trolling speeds seem to have dropped with most reporting action around 1.4 now. Still getting more and more pickerel being caught. Bass continue to bite on plastics. The wind will pick up again today as the day progresses before things start to calm back down as evening approaches.
