Oneida Lake cooperated for a bit this morning before the wind kicked up again. The eastern end of the lake is very rough and is expected to stay that way through most of the day before things calm down again. Reports were fairly thin yesterday as most opted to stay off the lake. We are still getting a very consistent walleye bite in 20-30 FOW really throughout the entire lake. Some folks are running a bit more shallow or deeper but most are doing very well in the range mentioned. Those who are working in shallow water are dealing with pickerel.
The wind may be with us for another day or two.
